"The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night."

"Very large estate which you need a map to get around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, buffet style. Didn't have time to see the whole place as I only stayed one night. The only negative was the place was a bit austere and felt more like a campus. "

"The room was a bit tired but the lobby area and restaurant were much better. The breakfast was more than adequate with a large selection freshly prepared. This made up for the downfall in the presentation of the room. I almost forgot, even being right on a very busy road and aircraft landing behind that we heeard no noise. So very quiet. "
