In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. "This wellness hotel is beyond excellent!!! From the amazing services to the views of the Black Forest and the super lush meadows from our room. "The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."

"Really nice hotel. Only issue was check in. The registration desk is supposed to be open until 2000 hours 10pm. The Hotels.com and their website say 10pm. The sign on the seat says 1830 6:30pm. We arrived at 1930 7:30pm and could not locate anyone to give us our room key. Finally we found a waiter at the restaurant and he gave us our room keys. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the staff at the restaurant were awesome. I would recommend this hotel but arrive early."
