In the house "Dürr 23" you can enjoy your holiday in the Black Forest completely for yourself. The house is located at 700 meters above sea level. M. in a gentle and quiet high valley in the Middle Black Forest and offers ideal conditions for an unforgettable holiday. Surrounded by an idyllic landscape, you will find numerous opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and discovery tours.

The wooden house offers self-catering on 160 sqm and 5 separate bedrooms enough space for up to 12 people. The spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area can be used for sociable hours. In addition, the 27 sqm terrace invites you to relax outdoors. A garage is available for your bicycles.

The accommodation is located only 300m from the edge of the forest in a quiet residential area with no through traffic. 50m in front of the house you will also find a children's playground.

Perfect holiday getaway
We were looking for a quiet getaway to spend Christmas as a family in the Schwartzwald. This house did not disappoint! It was immaculate, spacious, well equipped, well situated (in a quiet residential area, but close to all amenities) and comfortable! The hosts were wonderful, and provided a truly wonderful property, and were quick to answer the few questions we had on arrival. We definitely recommend to stay here if looking for a lovely place to stay in the Black Forest region.

Lovely house in the beautiful Black Forest
For a family of 7 this house was plenty big enough, and very well located. The bedrooms were very spacious and the layout was great. Unfortunately we were only in Lauterbach for 2 nights on our Christmas trip to Europe from Australia but we wished we could have spent more time relaxing in this comfortable home.

A perfect base to explore the area
Clean extremely well appointed in typical Southern German fashion A quiet secluded location within easy reach of shops, but equally a superb position to explore the surrounding countryside. Within easy reach of many tourist sites and a particular attraction was the toboggan run at Gutach. A great place for the children and those of us in their second childhood!

Es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Mit der Vermieterin konnte man auch super Kontakt halten. Die Lage ist super, vor allem auch als Ausgangsziel für viele Wanderungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, sehr großräumig. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende.

Schöners Haus bei dem Preis/Leistung stimmt
Vollausgestattetet Küche mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Sehr bequeme Betten und Top Fernsehrer/Soudbar im Wohnzimmer. Gemütliche Terrasse und schön wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Big house
The house is big with many rooms like the pictures. 2 badrooms and 3 toilets wich are also clean. You can use everything in the house and that is really nice. In the house its very warm in the summer and you dont have airconditioning or fans what is not nice to sleep in. We got suffered from hornets and they also got inside wich its not ok! We contacted the owners from the house and they solved the problem quit good but not perfect. But the communication with the owners is good. Also 1 of the beds creaked very much and thats a must to change the bed because the noise is very loud. In short, the house is a nice stay everywhere and if they can adjust the bed and the fans, it will be great.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, genügend Infos für check in und Zeit vor Ort. Einziges Manko, kein/kaum Netz. Aber dafür gibt es ein gutes WLAN und Smart-TV.

Schöne, große FeWo. Wir hatten tolle 5 Tage.
Wir waren mit unseren Kinder und Enkelkindern im Familienurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die vielen kleinen Hinweise der Vermieter machen es sehr leicht, alles zu finden und richtig zu bedienen. Vielen Dank dafür. Schade war nur, dass es wenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort gibt und man deshalb immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Ist man also mobil, ist die Unterkunft für eine größere Familie wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Alles vorhanden was man braucht, gut ausgestattet, unkompliziert. Große und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Einzig die Matratzen waren sehr weich und durchgelegen.

Sehr idyllische, ruhige Lage
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist Sehr gut für eine größere Truppe geeignet und befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung. Es ist sehr ruhig. Demnach wirklich nur für Familien und kleinere ruhige Reisegruppen geeignet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Durch die hohen Temperaturen in unserer Reisewoche war es schwer die Dachgeschosszimmer kühl zu bekommen. KücheneInrichtung top. WLAN top. Check-In hat super funktioniert und auch gleich telefonisch erreichbar, wenn etwas ist. Sehr zu empfehlender Vermieter/in

Sehr schönes Schwarzwald Wochenende!
Einchecken hat super funktioniert. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super einfach. Für Kurtaxe stand Kasse bereit👍. Thema Sauberkeit : Kühlschrank wurde vom vorigen Gast nicht gereinigt, sowie nicht Besenrein hinterlassen ☹️☹️ Ansonsten top Umgebung und schönes Haus. Sehr Positiv, daß Hunde erlaubt sind, schade dass Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist für Freilauf. Ansonsten an Ausstattung alles wichtige vorhanden.
