"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because...

"We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. "The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season. "

"It was a nice place, big old house with a big garden with several "houses" in it - otherwise known as the hotel rooms. The pool area was good and bar staff excellent and the breakfast and dinner in the big old house were ok but not special. However it was a distance from the beach, a car ride, and from the town, a 40 minute walk. Nogt sure we would be rushing back. "
