Our room was nice and clean, bright but there was only 1 small convection heater in the room - so the room was not very warm. On top of that there seems to be no heating in the bathroom at all. No underfloor heating, radiators or even towel rail. It was -3 outside the hotel - so the bathroom was absolutely...

"Rooms dated and tired the mattress was uncomfortable. I found my bathroom dirty and not cleaned hair in bath and a used bar of soap. Window cracked so a cold draft in room. The bar area is nice and a good choice of drinks and the restaurant excellent."

"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "
