"Customer service was first class spa facilities were clean lovely and relaxing, lemon and cucumber water was a bonus! I had an online meeting which was pushed back and they allowed me to check out at 12 which was a great bonus. "

"Stayed a few days. Overall, nice play with lovely staff. We found it difficult with minimal disabled bays and closest spaces seemed to be used by locals using the gym. The bedroom doors were a struggle as a bit heavy to open. If i were younger and fitter, hotel would be great. "

"Lovely spacious room, nice and clean. Free parking, nice grounds. Afternoon tea was lovely, Only downside was the restaurant managed tried to overcharge us for afternoon tea, then lied about prices to try and get the extra few pound. Was quite bizarre really so we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. Other than that, lovely hotel and good breakfast . "
