"Overall we enjoyed staying here. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. We paid for secure parking and was glad we did. Car park area was close to accommodation and had good security. Apartment had good amenities and was close to shops, eateries and river. I had not noticed the reference to special instructions for check in and this was more involved than I had anticipated. I would advise guests to make contact in advance of stay, to deal with bond and possible need...

"It was a lovely location with a vast section to relax. The rooms were very clean and spacious. This place is truly a diamond in the rough. As there is only a door separating the apartment lounge and the house lounge, we could constantly hear the neighbours - not rowdy, but the noise travels. Also, the photos and description of the property were incorrect. Only a bar fridge instead of the full sized one pictured, and two single beds instead of a queen bed (King bed still there). When questioned...

"Just a couple of wee issues. Fridge was hard to get into should put the door opening from right to left. Rubbish tin lid broken. need dish liquid in kitchen. good location comfy bed & great television"
