"It was an amazing stay, staff lovely and helpful, food was great in restaurant, rooms were really nice too, only negative would be bathroom! Tiles broken on floor where toilet is and window need a blind or curtain as tge frosted stickers are peeling off and people can see into bathroom! However this did not take away from an amazing stay. Anyone using pool should probably be made aware pre visit that you need a padlock for lockers also."

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Ripon Inn this year. The renovation and decoration are excellent. The standard of the public spaces and bedrooms are superb. Breakfast is also excellent. A couple of grumbles, some of the staff need to be smarter and friendly.
