"It was amazing. They upgraded our room and had a bottle of champagne, a cute card, and truffles in the room for our anniversary. The food was so good and the bed was comfortable too. We will definitely stay there again. "

"We dropped our valet parking ticket and $40. One of the employees found it and we were called immediately. I wish I would have gotten his name. He went above and beyond and we will never forget his kindness. Please let him know how much we appreciate him. Our whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will be back."

"One person at front desk hard to reach. Breakfast was expensive and terrible. Also room noisy. Could hear people in next room and also base beats from someone’s tv or radio. Maid service could have been better. "

"What a great hotel, awesome charm and character throughout the building. The manager-Marvin was very nice and informative about the history of the building and even showed us some unique places within the hotel! Can't wait for the bar/restaurants within it to be open soon(waiting for liquor license since under new management)! The rooftop bar and pool will be a great spot in the summer time for the atmosphere and the incredible views of the city. We will be back to stay again!"

"Nice hotel in Downtown St. Louis within walking distance of the Arch and not far from sports facilities. Good breakfast buffet. Street is noisy though (we were on the second floor.) "
