"We arrived early (around 9:30am) at the hotel way before check-in, hoping to deposit our luggage but instead, the nice gentleman working the front desk said he can check if he can already put us in an available room and he did. It definitely made our day and the start of our trip in Rome a memorable one. The rest of the staff were wonderful - all very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was a plus, too. The hotel was walking distance (about 13-25 minute walk) to most of the historical attractions. Lots of dining options around, too. Overall, a great stay. Will stay there again on our next visit."
