"Incredible location right at the top of the Spanish steps! *Note: if steps are not for you, this won’t be either. The metro is at the bottom of them. They very kindly let us check in super early, around 10am, so we could nap after our flight. The room with the patio is a MUST! Wish we’d stayed longer to use it more! Decent continental breakfast but they do have an excellent espresso machine. Extremely friendly staff. Would stay here anytime. "

"We booked it for the location & in that aspect it was perfect! Plenty of dining options near by. But don't ever go to the convenient store to the left called Aperto-they do not like women, US, or Canadian citizens in that store. The elevator needs servicing, and god forbid you leave your room card in your room!! The front desk men DO NOT like that & get very rude about it."

"I didn't get a chance to meet Altro. But this hotel has a lot of Italian charm. It's located right next to a pizza place and down the street is a Pam market. Awesome place to get your groceries. The beds are nice and comfortable in a blankets is very soft. If you're looking to save some money and get value then this is the place. It's about a mile in the first monument. Hardwood floors and the bathrooms are pretty goosureowers pretty big. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars for sure. "
