"Book 3 room’s for my family ,Check in fast and easy the front desk crew very nice and friendly and all the staff very friendly and always smiles.the breakfast is really good lot’s foods options to choose and all good and yummy 😃😃I definitely coming back stay in this hotel again but I will make early reservations so I can get the room in the first floor which is have dirrect access to the swimming pool from the room balcony "

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

It seems strange the only fresh fruit available pappay, watermelon and melon, but none of the mangos or pineapple on sale on the streets nearby. Roof restaurant has view over city, food OK, option for non smoking is only with questionable live music"
