"We stayed for 4 nights, had a Luxury King bed room and enjoyed the fact that it was easy to book, loved the needing a key card to access the hotel and need the key again to access the rooms. The room itself was nice and clean and the shower was my favorite! I lived how hot the water gotten and the fact the shower was huge enough for 2 separate shower heads. Loved it! "Staff is very friendly. Room service is great, a little pricey, but the food is fast and everything tasted as expected. Valet is quick and easy. We lived in Birmingham for many years; it’s the perfect spot to walk to all that downtown has to offer. I didn’t get an emailed receipt which I thought they said I’d get at check out, but it’s not a big deal. I’m sure if I call them, they’ll send it. Definitely a great choice if you want to be in the middle of a very safe and beautiful town. "

"The staff were all nice enough and some of them really stood out in terms of customer service. The rugs in our room were filthy. There were several bulbs out in the bathroom. Why would there be no light for the makeup mirror when the lighting of the bathroom is so dim? The restaurant only opens for dinner and only on some nights. "
