In my opinion the cleaning of the hotel was not up to standard, though the hotel was fully booked so I know the cleaners would have been extremely busy. "Central to Nelson Bay. Plenty of parking. Clean room, well fitted out. Fairly quiet room location but it was a lengthy walk from the lift and back to the carpark. I'm fit and healthy, but someone older may not be as happy about the walking. "

"Big and plenty rooms to move around in the 2 bedroom apartment. It’s not new but in a very good condition and well maintained. It also has room service daily. Close in walking distance from shop in Nelson Bays. I would recommend anyone to stay this place. "
