"We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom apartment which was clean & spacious, easy access to parking and the lifts. The resort itself was beautiful, with a great pool area both indoor and outdoor and the resort is located directly across from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and local stores in the area within walking distance. We would gladly stay here again! :) "

"The proprty was in a great location, with a ten minute walk to Jimmy's Beach. The property was clean and spacious which suited our group of adults. The yard was excellent for our dogs, with lots of space to run around. The kitchen was superbly appointed, with every kitchen item you could require and more. An excellent property which I would highly recommend."

"This cottage was beautifully presented and cleverly thought out. Cleanliness was supreme -- Also, Tea Gardens is a perfect spot to stay, with lots to do and see. Would highly recommend the area and this cottage to all travelers."

"The property was perfect for us. Three friends and I had a girls trip and the house had everything we needed to have a great time. Just a few minutes walk to Jimmy's Beach, which was great for swimming and playing in the sand. There was an outdoor shower in the backyard, which if you access through the side gate is perfect for washing off sand. Cozy rooms and lovely air conditioned living space. We watched a few of the movies provided while lounging on the couch. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend to people staying with friends or even family."

"Great location, but as others have indicated the property is not as well maintained or tidy as the photos shown. We needed to spend about 40 mins cleaning the pool area before the kids could swim. Cleaning up before departure was also difficult as there was no vacuum, mop or indoor broom provided. There is also an error with the bed configuration - bedroom two has 1xQB, not 2. This made things tricky as we had to bring our own linen so we didn’t have the right sheets. Ultimately we’d have been willing to overlook these issues as the property was well suited to our needs. However our experience with the leasing agent was so poor that we would be reluctant to return. Prior to arrival it was difficult to arrange alternative key collection as we would be arriving after the office closure time. Then the day after we checked out, I received a rather blunt email advising that there was spray painted graffiti on an exterior laundry door and that we would be held liable for the cost to clean it. I called to explain that the tag was there when we arrived and that we did not report it as it did not look fresh and didn’t impact our use of the property. I attempted to discuss with the agent via phone and sent a follow up email a week later. It has now been more than 2 weeks since the first email and I still haven’t received a call to discuss. It was a disappointing end to a pleasant holiday and based off this we will select an alternative location next year. "
