"Easy access to mall and restaurants. But it would be nice if the hotel restaurant would also serve a la carte. Since my husband and I don’t eat much specially for breakfast, I don’t include buffet when I booked. Most of the hotels we’ve been have a la carte, I was surprised and disappointed when the hostess told me they didn’t have a la carte just all you can eat buffet. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near SM mall which gave our group plenty of options to have dinner and do some shopping. Some staff at the hotel were super helpful, some were not so helpful, which was a shame because we typically stay at this hotel when we're visiting family."

"This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, located right in the middle of everything in Bacolod. They have two good restaurant options, including a cool rooftop bar with a view of the Capitol park. I will definitely stay here again when I return."
