"This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh with a family. Honestly nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they fix any issue immediately. In a chaotic city, this hotel was a welcome reprieve. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. "The room wasn't a room. It was like presidential suite. It has seperate living area and an independent maid's room. I was at 8th floor and the river view was stunning. A hotel room that one can only able to see in a 007 movie. The staff members are all well trained and to bell door man always greet you at the main entrance door.
