"The hotel is a bit far from station if you are travelling with large luggage, but the good news are , arranging taxi to the hotel is pretty easy . Rooms are superb, have chosen a smaller room out of all the room option but it’s still way bigger than the one that I have last time in ito. Staff has get the whole room sprayed , so I am so pleased that the whole room is out of bug!"

"Nice hotel and staff hospitality was great. Our 2 days stay include dinning and was given difference menu for the half-board. Hotel include onsen for public. If you need private room, you need to book a higher end room. Only setback is the train station is about 15min walk away. Not great if you have too many luggage to carry. "

"Great onsen in the room. Very handsome property. Food option was over at the other sister property which is slightly inconvenient and the properties are a little outside the center of Beppu."

"Staff in property were very friendly and helpful. The property also has a private Onsen and has a very nice view of Mount Yufu."

"The property is generally clean but just that there's some unsightly brownish areas at the base of the bath tub. Food and service are good. Just a note for people with walking disability - the rooms are located along the slope, hence have to take note of this. "
