"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "

"We were visiting out of town and just decided to take an many trips are Myrtle Beach with the family so we decided to make reservations online and we kind of wish we didn’t do that because when we got to the apartment it was filled with infested roaches so we called her back and told her we wanted our money back so she told us we couldn’t get our money back then she said that she would find us somewhere else to stay the next day so we end up booking at La Quinta for that night and she called us...
