"Okay, this place is incredible. I kept on uttering that we struck gold! I tried to convince my wife to rearrange our travel plans to stay here a couple of more nights, the place is that awesome!! The pictures do not do this place justice!! The grounds are incredible, the safe are incredible (shout out to Angel, Dale, April, and Bert) you made this trip for us) the room was so clean and the overall service was exceptional. The hotel is located right in the action area but still quiet. It’s about a two minute walk to the beach. This hotel is truly a 5 star experience. Will certainly recommend!"

Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service.
