"Its a lovely Hotel, beautifully furnished and well looked after reception rooms. Unfortunately, I, the paying guest for all 4 rooms for 2 nights over the Easter weekend, I received the awful room with a slowing ceiling right behind the end of the bed where I had to walk past all the time to get to the bathroom. In the night I had banged my head, forgetting about the sloped ceiling. But the staff gave me another room right away the next morning. I did not realize that the hotel is a dog Hotel and...

"Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy."
