"A quiet hotel in the middle of a golf course, easy to reach and friendly staff. Excellent traditional breakfast and comfortable beds. Property itself a little tired but that’s probably part of the charm. Delighted to have been upgraded. I’d recommend for the area. "

"We've been to this property many times and every time, we come away enjoying it more and more! The staff are super friendly, great with kids and the breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is fantastic! Rooms are at great Hilton standard and the area around the hotel is so so quiet and calm where you get to walk around to enjoy. Overall, recommend this hotel every time if you are going to be around that area for any holiday."

Perfect position for visiting Derby university. Family run hotel and the personal service was great. Thoroughly recommend. "
