"Scandic Copenhagen is a good choice when staying in the city. It is close to the main shopping area and across from a wonderful lake where you can walk or run. Rooms are very large and well maintained. Breakfast was chaotic - very crowded and a bit too busy for me. Front desk was not as helpful as in other hotels - need to work on customer service"

Also, the service in the restaurant right around the corner was terrible. I went alone my last nite there, hubs was too tired & not hungry. I was waited on promptly & received my food quickly. And that's where it all ended. The 2 servers and the manager walked by me numerous times and totally ignored me! They even ignored...
