She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service. "The staff were super friendly and helpful! Bar was small and excatly what we needed. The resteraunt had excellent food! The room itself was clean, but the celling in the bathroom in our room 1205 was leaking and had some damage. Had a good drip going. They had a light attached to a receptacle that we couldnt turn off and it stayed on all night. Bed was comfy but it was a little noisy with people coming and going near the room. Overall cool place."

"Pros: kind and helpful employees, an abundance of newer pickleball/tennis courts, very large hotel rooms, nice ambience with great views and well manicured/clean surroundings, close to many great restaurants (with shuttle service within a mileage perimeter), heated pool with bar & food service Cons: restaurant service was incredibly slow, the rooms are beginning to show their age but are very clean. Would recommend. Great value & loved how clean and quiet the place was. "

"This is a very special property built as a place to enjoy the mild winter and dry air of Tucson. The rooms and grounds are meticulously maintained. The interior public spaces are grand, furnished with antique furniture built on site. The high standards for maintenance and the quality of the staff make this place as good as it ever was. On site amenities as good as can be found anywhere. "
