"The property was understaffed in all areas. Once we'd finished our meal there wasn't an area for us to continue drinking! We were told we could go outside. There had just been a heavy thunderstorm! Other areas where we'd sat during previous visits were closed! Same scenario later that night. This hotel used to be comfortable and accommodating. Shame, because we've been coming here for years and each time we come, it gets. worse. "

We had some trouble trying to order room service which was dealt with exceptionally by the staff. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a modern clean hotel in a beautiful location."

"Room was large! Bed very comfy! Bath was heavily marked, scratched which looked off putting. Cobwebs within room, external security night light shone through window which left a glare in the room at night. Coffee pods not replenished, meal within Resturant was cold, we sent it back, but no consideration for partners meal, so we might as well been eating separately- not the experience we wanted for our 30th wedding anniversary. Spa / pool was lovely. "

Robyn at the counter treated us very well and helped us to reslove my issue. she is a lovely person and and have a good memory. the room is clean and room is spacious. check in and out is fast. love this place and will come back on my next trip."

"Hotel was lovely, the privilege room was very nice, would definitely stay again. However access from the car park was a pain. I also paid for parking and they sold the space to someone else so I had to pay in a public car park elsewhere. They also didn't check me in when I arrived. I came back that night and they had no record of me even though my stuff was in the room and I had a key. They were friendly and helpful sorting it, but having issues in the first place was a pain."
