A baby cot is provided upon request of very good quality. I was a little upset when the staff discussed political issues with the guests at the breakfast. Several nationalities were called stupid and inadequate, which is generally unacceptable for the service sector. Breakfast could have been better. There is no one at the reception all...

"After mentioning an issue with the room first allocated to us upon check-in, we were directed to another room, it was excellent… very spacious, view of the river, very clean and lovely bathroom. We had an excellent night sleep in a huge king size bed, it was lovely and quiet especially after closing time. Looking back at what time we checked in, we could’ve timed it better because it was in the middle of food service in the restaurant and it was very busy, so there was a bit of a wait to check...
