Reception staff was always keen to help - even if you want to post a letter or collect an item from paczkomat they will be here to assist and inform how to do it. Spa area was great too - clean and not too full so you can enjoy it even in the evenings. Breakfast was not the best choice but there are plenty of great breakfast options locally.
