"The hotel staff were very helpful getting the sofa bed made up. Great that there is a gym and a swimming pool. The steam room next to the pool was perfect for after a long day. The swimming pool itself was too warm in my opinion so we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The toilet and bathroom were split so there was no sink in the toilet which was weird. You have to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. Breakfast had lots of vegan options, although...

"We were lucky enough to have a large room in the original building. The shower was amazing and the well stocked snack station on our floor was a real treat. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good gluten free provision for coeliacs too. "

"Staid here for access to the hospital when visiting a friend. Staff were friendly, the room rate was good and the room was fine. Some of the fixtures looked tired as did things like the menus in the room and other flyers. Good place, good value for money and would stay there again if i needed too."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Due to a football arriving at the same time as me i was upgraded to a suite. Althought i appreciated that it was to help me get to my room faster, the suite was way past its best. It was also in need of a good deep clean as there were stains everywhere. I did sleep like a log though and the location of the hotel was great. I would stay agin"
