The personnel are all very happy at their jobs (or so they seem) and it shows through in their interactions. Thomasine was very pleasant on check in, Hayley was great at the bar."

"Valet and front staff were awesome, very attentive. The lobby is beautiful and has a full Starbucks. Got a drink at the 2nd floor restaurant bar, which was extremely nice. The room was nice, but the bathroom was not. It looked very dated. I kid you not, the white grout between the bathroom tiles looked black, but upon closer inspection was ACTUALLY WHITE but just so dark from the dirt over the years. Ew. "

"The hotel is clean and several amenities to offer. The Bistro and Bar are a nice touch. I would have rated a perfect score except we did not have any hot water. We couldn't shower before leaving, because it was so cold. I told the front desk gentleman, when checking out, and he said oh yeah sorry about that. Then proceeded to tell me that I'm all set."

Pros: We loved the condo, the location and the views. 5 stars Cons: 3 Stars We didn’t know that we had to pay $40 for Valet parking a night, because there wasn’t any parking for a Chevy truck. If we didn’t have a truck, parking would’ve been 30 a day and no in and outs. The bed was low to the floor. My husband has bad knees and had surgery for a broken back. "The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!"
