"The hotel and staff were nice and the room was clean. I don’t think there was a lift/elevator on the property- if there was, I could not find it. So that was my only issue- I had a heavy bag I had to haul it up and down 2 flights of stairs. "

"We stayed 5 nights in total. We were pretty happy with our stay. One of our room had nice park view and very comfortable. The other room had some ants but also comfortable. The hotel didn't have reception all the time but phone contact was easy and check-in had no issue. If we came back to Launceston we would like to stay again. "

"Typical hotel room. Neat and tidy, good modern bathroom, good access to television and subscriber services, nice park opposite and reasonable access to cbd. Bed was a bit hard and road noise can be quite intrusive (ear plugs provided). Breakfast was good but restaurant doesn’t open on Sunday."
