"My stay at Castle Hill is always what I expect it to be - perfect. Starting with the team receiving me at arrival, to the team serving the meals to the housekeeping team, the service is excellent, friendly, considerate and accommodating. The beach cottage is beautiful and the views spectacular. The best part was being able to be on the private beach with my new puppy Vienna. So, thank you Castle Hill Inn for always taking care of us when we’re here."

"We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. "Very disappointed, told manager he should be ashamed of putting anyone in that room…Room L.!!! Upon entering our room, we were overcome with a super strong unpleasant urine odor. The entire room was a disaster, a huge hole in the ceiling covered with some plexi boards and nails, and the carpet was rippled in several places, from where it had been wet. By far, the bathroom floor urine oder was the worst!! I called the Wynstones manager and he totally played dumb. Acted like it was impossible...

"This property was clean and new, and located in a nice neighborhood. There was nobody available to check us in or out, and no way to communicate with anyone on-site throughout our entire stay. The property is listed as having free Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions given anywhere so that appears untrue. "
