"I have stayed here three times. The front desk is very helpful. Housekeeping is ok. They need to up their game in that deparment. The hotel is fairly new, however there is some "upkeep" issues in the rooms. - It is centrally located which is a big plus. Give it a try. "

"Stayed one night at Argos Inn during my first visit to Ithaca. Positives: very cool quirky decor in a historic building. The renovation was completed with high quality materials and thoughtful touches like the solarium self-serve coffee bar. Room was very clean! there is a lot with free parking. Negatives: I was assigned a room on the first floor, and it was extremely loud. This included bar noise during operation and dishwashing, guests in hallway, and all noise from guests beside and above...

"Ended up paying an extra $125 for upgrade to different room. Fortunately that room had cancellation. Room I booked had bathroom across hall as opposed to being in room. Not sure if my fault for not researching better or miss representation on your website. I would never book room without bathroom attached. While it may have been private you had to walk in public hallway to access it. "
