"This hotel was in a very sensible location to see Glasgow. The building inside and out was very clean but just down the street it was dirty. The room was very clean and offered a variety of conveniences. The bar, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful. "

"We only used the hotel as a base for a couple of nights so didn’t use the restaurant . We upgraded to a club room which was roomy and bed itself was comfortable enough but the pillows were very small and flat and didn’t even come up to the base of headboard and the pillows didn’t fit the pillow cases which were of a normal size. We did mention this to reception when checking out who said they would mention it to housekeeping . We have stayed here a couple of times before but not in a club room and didn’t have a problem with the pillows then so I was quite surprised that the pillows didn’t match up to the upgrade. Had we been staying longer I would have mentioned it after the Ist night. "
