"Excellent stay. Great, quick check-in. Secure parking available. Room and bathroom both spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and good sleep. Room safe. Kitchen with oven top, microwave, fridge, toaster, saucepans etc. Tea and coffee. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Great central location, short walk to everything. Fantastic pub with good restaurant across the road. Overall wonderful stay. Will be back next time I'm in Mackay!"

"Located next to airport so very convenient. Room was clean & tidy. Bed was super comfy. Lovely shower. Only negative was we called to ask about room service and were told the menu would be available via the hotel compendium QR code on the tv. Compendium states to view pages 13-17 but only goes to page 13 with no menu. Thus, we did not order any food this time. We have previously had meals at the hotel and they have always been very good."
