"the hotel was lovely the only thing that let it down was the view there wasn't any you looked out on to a brick wall also the mountains of bird Poo outside the window was disgusting so you could not open it spoke to them at reception and they said its the look of the Draw which was terrible it is a health Hazard such a shame as a nice Hotel and the Staff were amazing especially the young Dark haired girl from Yorkshire she was a joy also a good roof top Bar "

"Well serviced rooms, great staff, good food and all at a reasonable price. Very quiet, nice grounds, ample parking, good range of drinks from the bar, good selections (for us) on the menus, all in all a welcoming, comforting experience."

"I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. "
