We had room service as they could not accommodate a table for 3 on a Sunday evening. The food selection was good. Breakfast was busy, I would recommend arriving before 9.30 as they clear breakfast away promptly at 10. The walk to Tivoli gardens takes about 15 minutes and is an easy route. "Lovely hotel, located just 20 minutes walk in to the city centre. There is a bus service just outside and a metro just a 5 minute walk. The view from our “Lake view” room on 20th floor was amazing! All areas of the hotel were kept clean, daily room cleaning services. They have outstanding customer service! From reception to all staff we met during our stay. Just to mention, a Thai restaurant situated on the ground floor is a must. Please try it, you will not regret! "
