"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us. Two comments made about our overnight stay on our way to South Germany seemed to have been dealt with as we had the chance of an evening meal on arrival and fruit at breakfast the next day. We will stay there again next year as we have done for the past 10 or more years."
