I needed an iron and ironing board and it was delivered to the room within minutes All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Facilities were good. Lovely balcony with sea view. Just a short drive from the busier part but we really liked this hotel and would stay there again. "

"This was our second day at the Occidental, unfortunately that air-conditioning was not working for our day which we were not made aware of on check in. Our room was ready early when we arrived and we were allocated to the ninth floor with a balcony and partial sea view which was very nice. Unfortunately without Aircon, it was just too hot at night even with the patio doors open so we did struggle to sleep. I do have an outside food bar and drinks bar.
