"Very easy check in. We were given the room upgrade we had requested and it had a bath as requested. We said we were running the London marathon and the hotel gave us a runners goody bag including Epsom salts for a post run bath, energy drinks and bars. They are also putting on a marathon runners evening meal tonight and special early breakfast Sunday morning. We also got our free drink vouchers. We have stayed at Apex hotels several times and I can thoroughly recommend them."

"The staff made the stay 10 stars!! we were tired after a week traveling through the country + lost luggage by our ailine but they did anything they could to help, even offer a new suitcase for us to bring bag our newest items, made calls, helped find stores etc. Always with a smile. the staff get A++, + quiet, super clean and convenient. The llace is within a few blocks of the metro and downtown. "

"The staff make this hotel, very efficient and personable which you don’t get in many hotels. The rooms don’t have air con so can be very hot (although fans are provided) Rooms on the main road can be very noisy if you have the window open (needed if hot). Generally though a very nice stay and nice bar/ restaurant area. "

"The location is excellent, providing access to several attractions in London. Plus Victoria station is right next door to get to the other attraction. The staff are wonderful."

"Hotel is right off of the Bakerloo stop and busses run constantly. Walkable to the eye, Big Ben, and Parliament. Hotel and rooms were clean, and having a restaurant inside, and around the property, was nice."

"Clean, comfortable hotel BUT for minimalists. If one is trekking thru with multiple bags and stuff, this is NOT the hotel. Rooms are tight yet efficient. There is a restaurant and bar on property with plenty of work/lounge space. Hotel is working distance from St Pauls and British Museum as well as Tube and bus transpo."
