My only real complaints (but impacted my comfort significantly) was absence of a lockbox in my room and the super uncomfortable pillow. On my double wide size bed was a single tiny pillow that was more like a small sandbag than a pillow. It was too hard and small making it very difficult to sleep with. "It was a fine hotel, about a 10 minute walk from tge main bustling area of town. The staff spoke mainly Japanese only, but were super helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was good rather tgan excellent, as was the hotel in general."

"Free breakfast was provided, with available amenities. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, we chose this hotel since it's close to the ferry port where you can book a tour to see the Yaeyama Islands or catch a ferry to the other islands. The only thing is that the bed was rock hard (I don't mind it but it was difficult for my husband). Otherwise, everything was great!"
