Only disappointing thing is that we booked this via Hotels.com the night before our stay to find it notably cheaper for exactly the same room the following morning on Hotels.com. Messaged them but customer services refused to credit my account with difference and said price guarantee now not in use despite web site still saying it is with links in place to claim. Will make me think twice re booking via Hotels.com again. "
