When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "
