There doesn't seem to be any way to contact the front desk without going down there. But, almost a ll the staff were genuinely helpful, polite & knowledgeable. "This was a good property with decent garage parking. It is very close to great dining options. Customer service was impeccable! During my stay the fire alarm went off for over an hour…we were not sure whether to evacuate or risk getting burned to a crisp…at the time i was soaking in the tub…so i had to get out. "I have stayed hear once or twice a year, but I haven’t in two years. Not because I didn’t want to, but because they were booked what I wanted to be there. A downsides this time was there was no more shuttle service provided. Times change. Overall, it was a good place, had trouble with my TV about 1015 at night and they sent somebody up there who immediately fixed it. Quite impressive."
