"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this...

Perfect location for the tube, small price to pay into the centre 20 mins, car parking outside the hotel within the grounds, hotel was very warm and comfortable, clean and very quiet, staff were very friendly and efficient. Not many dining options for dinner or something more special outside the hotel although more fast food options within a short ten min stroll to the nr by shopping centre. Would happily return...
