"Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. There were no blackout curtains or blinds so the room was very light at night with spotlights from adjacent building and bright sun in the morning. "Beautiful Villa that transports you back in time. Friendly staff with a free shuttle bus to the main town of Frascati. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely an experience not to be missed. It’s a 10/10. "

"Average hotel in terms of hardware. Feels quite dated. What pushed it below average was the free carpark being full so had to use paid street parking in front of the hotel. "

"I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "

"The Hotel is beautiful and architect designed, We feel like a palace. We had a large room for family and we enjoyed the hotel landscape. Breakfast bufet was very simple and boring for 4 day stay because all days was same. Staff were frindly and kind. Thanks for accomidate us in Rome."
