"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

"The cutest place!! Amazing stuff! The food is to die for! The views of the mountains are incredible. Beautiful sunsets. It is far from Rome but so worth it. Lots of animals on the property, beautiful places to walk around and take photos! Home made meals every night. Lots of delicious options. Their Gnocchi is the best Gnocchi ever! Highly recommended!!"

"We stayed one night here en route to the Amalfi Coast. On arrival the reception area was messy and gave a poor first impression. There was plenty of parking and we were able to move our car to an area just outside our room which was handy for us. The room itself was very disappointing. The decor was dreadful and dated, poorly maintained and it really did need a renovation. The furniture was old and tatty and just dumped in there. "Room was spacious and recently renovated. Great location and very close to Frascati. Lots of parking space. It would have been great if the room had a coffee maker. Lots of dust at gravel parking area. In general a good place to stay but can be improved."

"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
