"We only stayed one night so this is based on that short stay. Location is prime for this hotel. It is only a block or so from the beach with restaurants and a long promenade. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, canal and marina. Parking is readily available right outside the hotel door. The staff at the front desk spoke English so communication was easy. "

"lovely location and could be a perfect hotel if service improved.....pool area and pool were excellent and the location of the restaurant is gorgeous set under the trees however service was hit and miss.....one night they closed for a party without letting guests know....there was nowhere for us to grab or a drink or anything to eat, they then shut another day wthout warning as it was staff day off - its a hotel - Im sorry but service needs to exist 7 days a week....pool bar only opens 2 hours...
