"First, the hotel was dishonest. The hotel put an information in Expedia application that the hotel is near Srinakarinwirot University only 12.5 kilos which is not!!!!!!!! Second, first room that I've got was dusty, the toilet was unclean and there're small cockroaches running around at night!! The air-conditioner was loud and making noise so I called the reception she told me to stand for it until tomorrow morning because there's nothing she can do. "Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"Clean and heartwarming place to stay at. Live thai-singing at hotel's restaurant bar. Decent pool to swim and play in. However, there isn't much in the area. It's great if you have a car to drive around in. "

"I reached the hotel at night but they did not pay attention to my booking as we have already made the payment. They said already sold this type room at all and offer lower type room instead with discount price THB 50. That room was too bad smell and look not good. So, we had to find the new hotel to stay."

"When we arrived the accomodation was not ready. We were offered another local accomodation which was sub standard for the price, and we refused it. Then we were offered another room which although was okay, it was still a very expensive stay and sadly was disappointing. On the upside the lady that managed the accomodation was very nice and helpful, and the area is stunning with some great local restaurants and a wonderful morning market.
