"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel and a very nasty, angry and unhelpful front desk man greeted us and just kept shaking his head No.....and pointed at a wall where keys should have been behind him. We had 2 rooms with confirmation numbers and our charge cards had already been charged. We had emails from Hotels.com saying our rooms were guaranteed. We could also see that there were 2 sets of keys but he said they were occupied)....
