"Easy walk to the train station and to the sights of Salzburg. The area itself is just okay, but if you walk 2 blocks, you're in a nice area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Sound of Music and Mozart locations are an easy walk away. "

"Hotel was perfectly clean, very comfortable and in a great location for train station and public transportation-both easy walks in a nice area. Staff especially Tien could not have been more friendly and helpful. Room could use a mini-fridge ( they gave us a filled ice bucket and offered use of hotel fridge) but otherwise totally recommend! And delicious breakfast!"

"Convenient location but expensive parking"

"Communication wasnt good. Told breakfast went til noon. Not true. Time changed multiple times during our stay. Told if we didnt have room cleaned we got two "drink" vouchers for bar. Not true. Just beer or soda. Were told this after 6 drinks. Told bar was open til midnight every day. Not true. Came back to hotel for a drink and bar was closed at 7pm. Not a big issue, but just tell guests what the deal is. Staff was awesome! Very noisy hotel in am. Cant sleep much past 730am."

"Not too many options for Austrian food"

"Staff were so friendly and kind at check-in. We stayed in a triple family room which was an excellent standard, and the bathroom was great too - loved the rain shower! Exceptional cleanliness and facilities. Perfect location for exploring the Miarabell Palace and Gardens, Mozart's birthplace and the old town, and 10 mins walk from the station/bus station. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return in a heartbeat! "
